For Australian law firms
A 30-page audit on your reviews, pricing, competitor positioning, Google search performance and referral patterns — with a 90-day plan to grow.
What's in it
The audit is a document, not a dashboard. You read it once. You implement it once. Your team owns the artifact.
Verified review count, average rating, response rate, recency and sentiment patterns across the 8 surfaces consumers actually check before engaging a lawyer.
Where you rank for "[practice] lawyer [suburb]", "[firm name] reviews", and the brand searches for each named lawyer. SERP, local pack, and rich-result coverage.
Where your published fees sit against the market for each of your core matter types. What firms charging more than you do differently. Where you might be leaving margin on the table.
10 named direct competitors, side-by-side. What each has that you don't. One thing you do better than each — the report stays honest.
Google Business Profile completeness, NAP consistency across 40 Australian directories, schema markup, citation gaps, and where you sit in the local pack for your suburbs.
Where your firm and your named lawyers stand on our index. What evidence would move you up. Independent of any payment.
20–35 prioritised actions, each tagged in-house / agency / buy from us. "Buy from us" items capped at 15% of all recommendations — the rest is yours to action freely.
We re-measure four of the highest-impact metrics 30 days after delivery. One-page update PDF — free, included in the original price.
How it works
From first call to delivered report in 14 business days. We may decline if we don't think we can produce a useful report for your firm — fee is only charged if we both proceed.
15 minutes to confirm fit. We talk about your firm, your practices, your suburbs, and whether the audit is worth your money.
You fill in a one-page intake (firm details, practices, suburbs, competitors). We send the Stripe Invoice. You pay before we start.
Founder personally produces the first ten audits. After that, a named senior analyst — reviewed by an admitted Australian lawyer before delivery.
PDF + a 30-minute walk-through call (optional). 30 days later, we re-measure four key metrics and send the follow-up — included.
Who it's for
We'd rather decline a sale than deliver a report that doesn't earn its price. Here's how we judge fit on the discovery call.
Book a 15-minute discovery call. Or pay the invoice direct if you've already decided.
FAQ
The audit will show you exactly where you currently stand on our index, what evidence would help your case, and how editorial decisions are made. It will not buy you inclusion on a /best/ page — those rankings are editorial and independent of any commercial relationship. We will tell you honestly whether you have a credible case for inclusion.
A standard SEO audit covers Google rankings. A standard marketing audit covers your website. We cover Google, reviews across 8 surfaces, your pricing position against the market, 10 named competitors, local trust signals, your standing on our editorial index, and a 90-day action plan. It is the only report of its kind currently produced for Australian legal services.
Because the work takes 8–9 hours of senior analyst time, the data sources cost money (SerpAPI, review-platform queries, citation checks, market-fee benchmarks), and the deliverable is reviewed by an admitted Australian lawyer before it leaves the building. We don't discount. A 5-lawyer firm closing one new family-law engagement off the back of the report typically recovers 2–4x the cost.
If a Featured placement makes sense for your firm, we'll say so in the action plan, with the price disclosed, and capped at no more than 15% of the recommendations. The other 85% are actions you do in-house or with an existing agency. Most audit buyers do not buy Featured immediately, and many never do — that's fine. The audit stands alone.
The founder personally produces the first ten audits. After that, a dedicated senior analyst, with every report reviewed by an admitted Australian lawyer before delivery. The named producer and reviewer appear on the cover page of every report.
If a specific section is materially inaccurate (wrong data, wrong source, wrong reading), we revise it free of charge within 7 days of you flagging it. If we can't deliver inside 14 business days of payment, you get a full refund.
